Makuya Park

If you enjoy a sense of deep wilderness, Makuya Park is one of the best kept secrets in South Africa. Run by the Limpopo Parks and Tourism Board, it adjoins Kruger National Park but is much less populated by tourists. The entrance is close to Tshikondeni Mine, about 25 minutes from Tshulu Camp. 2x4 cars have access to Singo Camp, where guided game drives in a 4x4 game viewing vehicle can be arranged. However, if you have a 4x4 the other roads in Makuya Park offer an exciting challenge.
